Fix sign-in problems
- Confirm email and password — check caps lock and typos
- Use the same sign-in method (email vs Apple vs Google) you used to register
- Reset your password via Forgot password
- Update the app to the latest version
- Sign out completely, restart the app, and sign in again
If you deleted your account recently, you may need to create a new one. For “recent login required” before deletion, sign out and sign in again, then retry.
