App not working correctly

  1. Update MoodMatch to the latest version from your app store.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Check your internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).
  4. Free storage space if installs or media fail.
  5. On Android, clear app cache in system settings (not required on iPhone).
  6. Reinstall the app if problems continue — you will need to sign in again.
