Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions must be cancelled through the store where you subscribed:
iPhone (Apple)
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MoodMatch → Cancel subscription.
Android (Google Play)
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MoodMatch → Cancel.
Refunds follow Apple or Google policies. For billing questions, contact the store or email us with your receipt.
